The Amazon Biodiversity Fund provides venture finance for sustainable enterprises that have a transformational, positive impact on biodiversity and communities in the Legal Amazon of Brazil.

ABF has been investing in the Amazon since 2020
ABF was designed in close collaboration with USAID & CIAT in 2019. It begun investing in the Amazon in 2020.
ABF is advised by Impact Earth, who does not distribute, promote or market the fund. ABF is domiciled in Brazil and regulated by the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM). In Brazil, ABF is represented by Vox Capital.
The fund is closed to new subscriptions and is not being offered for sale.

We integrate impact and ESG into the entire investment process
We have an Environmental Social and Governance criteria (ESG) policy established on the founding principles of the IFC Performance Standards, and an impact management plan for each portfolio company. They are used to plan, monitor and measure outcomes across seven areas of impact.
